Company Description

logo_launch_full color copyworkZeit brings Culture Intelligence to recruiting. Driven by deep science and designed for the workplace, the workZeit platform makes creating and growing happy, successful companies easy.

At the core of the platform is the Cultural Fingerprint. Based on the latest research in neuroscience, behavioral psychology and organizational psychology, the Cultural Fingerprint provides a comprehensive view of an individual’s work-style. Our Discover Dashboard enables recruiters to find candidates that are the best fit for a company, team or manager, while the Insight Panel provides CEOs and executives a visualization of their company’s cultural DNA, to monitor and manage the changes occurring through growth.

The platform is currently in private beta with a number of high-growth startups and innovation teams within larger organizations. We have also launched our Culture of Innovation Study with a number of incubators, accelerators and coworking spaces in the SF and NY areas to map early-stage startups and their evolution to success. If your company is interested in participating in our private beta or being part of our study, please contact Kelsey directly: kelsey@workzeit.com.

Founder Bios

Kelsey Conophy is co-founder and CEO of workZeit. By working at companies large and small, she experienced the problems of poor-fit first hand, and became determined to create a better way to help individuals find fit. She studied Design & Management at Parsons the New School for Design with a focus on systematic design and branding, and was previously an Experience Strategist at branding & innovation agency Vivaldi Partners Group, where client projects ranged from helping global conglomerates understand how to think and talk about company identity internally, to providing enterprise customers with a path to a culture of customer-centricity.

Julian Diaz is co-founder and CTO of workZeit. Julian studied cognitive psychology and computer science at UPenn with a focus on personality theories. Due to medical reasons, he was unable to complete his degree and experienced many issues searching for a job due to the scar on his resume and the traditional recruitment mentality. He believes in a world where true value can be determined by the unique potential of the individual. His previous experience as a System Administrator left him well-versed in the fields of Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, and Information Security. You may be surprised to know that Kelsey & Julian met through OKCupid. It’s true. You can read about it here on Business Insider.
