Female Founders To Watch: 5 Women Entrepreneurs From Astia

Check out five up-and-coming women entrepreneurs from Astia’s current class.

Astia is a non-profit accelerating women starting high-growth high-tech ventures. They just released details about the women entrepreneurs participating in the Fall 2012 Astia Global Entrepreneur Program.

Here are five up-and-coming women entrepreneurs aiming to go big with their innovative business ventures with Astia:
Adrienne Meisels (Founder & CEO, MyPlanit)
Senior global digital media business executive Adrienne Meisels is working on My Planit, a geo-temporal platform that connects all your disparate data in one place, providing the most intuitive and valuable way to optimize personal data. Follow her on Twitter at @ACMeisels.

Ana Roca Castro (Co-Founder & CTO, Picha Global)
New York-based Ana Roca Castro is working democratizing high-quality photography with Picha Global, a global royalty-free photography and imagery platform where images can be easily purchased and used in real-time. Follow her on Twitter at @anarc.

Lily Truong (Co-Founder & CEO, Clear Ear)
Stanford mechanical engineering grad student Lily Truong is working on Clear Ear, currently completing trials on a Total Ear Care System designed to capitalize on a market filled with inefficiencies, inconsistent outcomes and unrealized revenue streams.

Saloni Doshi (Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Fresh Takes Kitchen)
After winning the inaugural Kellogg social entrepreneurship award, Saloni Doshi is working on Fresh Takes Kitchen, a for-profit social venture that makes healthy eating accessible to the working poor. Follow her on Twitter at @KelloggSE.

Sandra Sassow (Founder & CEO, SEaB Enerty)
