PITCH Conference on November 14, 2012 features a full day of speakers including Everpurse inventor Liz Salcedo.
By Angie Chang (Co-Founder & Editor-in-Chief, Women 2.0)
Meet Liz, a Chicago-based social worker turned entrepreneur currently working on her second startup, Everpurse. She invented the smartphone-charging purse because she needed her smartphone to get charged on the go, in her purse. Viola!
Her subsequent Kickstarter campaign to make Everpurses en masse raised $153,835 – over 100% of its goal in less than 7 days.
Today, Everpurse is a company dedicated to bridging the gap between fashion and technology, starting with the patent-pending purse and licensing partnerships across the globe.
Don’t miss Everpurse inventor Liz Salcedo speaking at PITCH NYC Conference on November 14, 2012.
