Feel More Confident And Powerful In 60 Seconds (Body Language)

Maximize your chance of making a great first impression and having your audience engaged in what you’re saying.

Harvard researcher Amy Cuddy discovered ways for people to feel more powerful through simple tweaks to their body language. By practicing a few different “power poses” prior to a situation that requires feeling in control, powerful and confident, it can really do the trick.

To maximize your chance of making a great first impression and having your audience engaged in what you have to say instantly, watch the video and then think about all of the situations in which you could test it out – a job interview, giving a presentation, leading an important meeting, asking for a promotion or raise, asking someone out on a date, giving a sales pitch.

The potential applications are endless. Take some posture cues from the video below:
