Applications to our PITCH Competiton is now closed and our extraordinary judges have been hard at work weighing the remaining submissions. The results are in this week! We’re thrilled to be announcing the remaining finalists in the coming days.
Today it’s the turn of our sixth finalist, Cynthia Schames. She’ll be joining us in Vegas and pitching the company she founded, AbbeyPost, live on stage to some incredible investors. What are you likely to hear? Schames offers this elevator pitch for the company: “AbbeyPost is Etsy for Plus Size…with a proprietary tech twist. We sit at the intersection of commerce, fashion, social and big data. We connect the underserved Plus Size shopper directly with indie designers, boutiques and brands, and we offer them the tools they need to find the perfect fit the first time and every time.”
With the Plus Size fashion market at $18 billion and growing, there’s room to do incredible things in the space. Interested in hearing more about this and the other promising startups selected for our PITCH competition? Join us in Vegas!
