By Angie Chang (Co-Founder & Editor-in-Chief, Women 2.0)

The only ticket in the Silicon Valley for women that hotter than a ticket to a Bay Area Girl Geek Dinner would be to the annual Google developer’s conference – Google I/O. This year, Google I/O is May 15-17, 2013 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Tickets sell out in minutes, so here are some helpful tips on how to ensure that you can secure a ticket to the hottest developer event of the year!

Google I/O Registration – Pro Tips:

Developers from over 40 countries will converge on San Francisco to experience everything Google has to offer, from the latest in Android and bleeding edge HTML5 features, to getting hands-on with new languages, to exploring wearable computing with experimental projects like Google Glass.

Google is working on innovation through collective efforts of the diverse developer community, particularly women. This year, Google I/O will include conference programming to inspire and provide networking opportunities for women attendees.

  • A women-only networking event where you can meet and mingle with other women in technology, including women leaders at Google.
  • Google will be celebrating the achievements and impact of women techmakers at Google and in the industry on the main stage at Google I/O.
  • Google is also offering free child care near the event.

Thanks for making a concerted effort to ensure the participation of women at the Google developer conference, Google I/O!
