We welcome experienced investor Brad Svrluga to the morning live judging panel at November 14’s PITCH NYC 2012 Conference. Brad co-founded High Peaks Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm in New York. Portfolio companies include Lily Liu‘s PublicStuff, a platform enabling government agencies to break through barriers of relying on paper records, outdated systems and content residing in multiple agency repositories.

Aside from his duties as an early-stage startup investor, Brad is committed to providing access to education for the less fortunate. He supports BART Charter School, where his wife Julia is the founding Executive Director, and has been involved with an inner city youth development program Summer Search for over a decade.

As Brad’s About.me profile states, he is “dead certain that being a dad is way harder than being a VC, but I’ve been doing the latter for more than ten years, and the former only three.”

Catch Brad Svrluga as he judges the morning pitches at PITCH NYC 2012 Conference & Competition – watch him ask questions and give feedback to startup pitches at PITCH NYC 2012 Startup Competition.

You can still get a $300 ticket to join us on November 14 for the conference – see the full list of speakers, judges, startups, mentors – and check out the agenda for the day of learning, networking and inspiration.
