Kapor Capital Providing 5 Scholarships For Women Of Color To Attend PITCH NYC Conference (November 14, 2012)

Five (5) scholarships available to women of color to attend PITCH NYC, thanks to sponsorship from Kapor Capital!

Kapor Capital is sponsoring five (5) scholarships for women of color who are otherwise financially unable to attend Women 2.0 PITCH NYC Conference & Competition on November 14, 2012. Learn from talks by successful women executives and founders of startups and tech companies, and network with 800+ men and women in tech. There will be mentoring available at lunch.

Apply for a scholarship to attend PITCH NYC Conference by October 14, 2012.

Scholarship recipients will be notified by October 17, 2012.

Kapor Capital is an investment fund based in Oakland, CA that invests in seed stage information technology companies which aspire to generate economic value and positive social impact. Investment sectors include but are not limited to education, health and consumer finance.

Aside from partnering with Kapor Capital to provide scholarships for women of color who are otherwise financially unable to attend, Women 2.0 has a limited number of deeply discounted tickets for bootstrapping entrepreneurs and students. We also have opportunities for volunteering at the conference. Any way you can make it, hope to see you on November 14 at PITCH NYC Conference!
